At MorePack Superstore, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, exactly as described. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:
  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is incomplete (missing accessories)
To qualify:
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
If these conditions are not met, the return may be declined.

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Opened earbuds, headphones, or personal‑use electronics
  • Software, digital products, or activation codes
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items with removed seals or tampered labels
  • Clearance or final‑sale items

3. Return Window

You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. After 48 hours, returns may not be accepted unless covered by manufacturer warranty.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  3. Share photos or videos showing the issue
  4. Our team will review and approve the return if eligible
  5. A pickup or drop‑off arrangement will be scheduled
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.

5. Refund Options

Depending on your preference, refunds may be issued as:
  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit
  • Replacement item
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.

6. Return Shipping Fees

Return fees depend on the situation:

We cover the return fee if:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged

Customer covers the return fee if:

  • The return is due to personal preference
  • The customer provided the wrong address
  • The customer refused delivery without valid reason
Return fees follow the same delivery zone pricing as your city.

7. Exchanges

You may exchange an item for:
  • A different size
  • A different color
  • A replacement of the same product
Exchanges depend on stock availability.

8. Pay on Delivery Orders

For Pay on Delivery:
  • You must inspect the item at the point of delivery
  • Once accepted, the sale is considered final
  • Returns after acceptance follow the standard return rules
Refusing delivery without valid reason may attract a return fee.

9. Warranty Claims

Some products include manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover:
  • Water damage (unless certified waterproof)
  • Physical damage
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Misuse or mishandling
Warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s process.

10. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — it becomes a return request.
